The software runs as a subscription. The usual term is 24 months. After that the contract renews for one year at a time unless it is cancelled in time: 3 months before the end for module software, 4 months for custom software. We agree on the right term in the first call.

The ready-made models of MLM Solution are often ready within a few days. For a custom premium solution the time depends heavily on scope and compensation plan, so we do not quote a fixed duration. In the first call we estimate the timeline for your case.

Yes, changes are possible. In the ready-made models you can change certain parts of the plan yourself. We also build the custom software so that parts can be adjusted. A compensation plan is deliberately not fully editable, because wrong changes carry a high risk for the commission run. Critical parts are therefore protected to safeguard you and your partners. We implement larger changes together with you.
